The Gym Floor Associate is responsible for greeting members with enthusiasm, conducting club tours, and signing up new members for memberships and training sessions. They also perform operational opening and closing procedures and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the gym floor.
Candidates must be energetic, friendly, and possess excellent communication skills with a passion for fitness. The role requires the physical ability to lift gym equipment weighing up to 45 lbs and remain stationary at the front desk for extended periods.

What is a Mood Lifter, you ask? Mood Lifters are the people who greet each of our members with ear-to-ear smiles, over the top enthusiasm and pretty much know everyone in the club by name. They will run to open the door for you in a driving rainstorm and change a channel so you don’t miss a minute of the big game. They consistently go above and beyond and you can’t help but smile when you see them.
