The Server provides exceptional customer service to members by taking and delivering food and drink orders. They ensure cleanliness and order of the area while efficiently answering questions and providing recommendations.
Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience in a restaurant setting and obtain ServSafe and CPR/AED certifications within specified timeframes. The role requires the ability to lift over 20 lbs and work in a stationary position for prolonged periods.
The Server provides exceptional customer to members. They serve and take and deliver accurate food and drink orders and remove dirty dishes in a timely manner. They display knowledge of the LifeCafe and/or Bistro by efficiently answering questions and by providing additional recommendations.
