The Deskside Technician II is responsible for providing on-site technical support, resolving help desk tickets, and managing hardware assets. They also provide smart hands assistance for networking and AV teams while ensuring service level agreements are met.
Candidates must have 1-3 years of help desk experience and proficiency with Windows and Mac operating systems. Strong customer service skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced enterprise environment are required.

The Deskside Technician II is a Level 2 Deskside Support role within Manage Services. This roles core function is to provide top of the line service to end users and the client to ensure we are meeting their service needs. This role’s location is specific to the location in the Job Listing.

Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require standing and walking for up to 10% of the time. Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment available.
