The Floorplan Specialist manages dealer accounts through daily inventory reconciliation and proactive communication to ensure compliance. They are responsible for monitoring payment activity, processing titles, and collaborating with Account Managers to support dealer success.
Candidates must have a high school diploma, be at least 21 years old, and possess a valid driver's license. Preference is given to those with two or more years of experience in automotive finance or dealership operations.
Description
The Floorplan Specialist is responsible for supporting dealer relationships and daily floorplan operations through accurate account management, inventory reconciliation, and proactive communication. This role works closely with dealers, Account Managers, and internal operations teams to ensure accounts remain current, compliant, and positioned for long-term success.
This role requires accuracy, follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, dealer focused environment.
