The Patient Advocacy Coordinator assists patients and families in securing financial resources for pharmacy co-pays through various assistance programs. They are responsible for navigating insurance benefits, managing application documentation, and maintaining accurate patient data within the pharmacy system.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED and at least one year of patient assistance or advocacy experience. Registration with the Board of Pharmacy is required, and specialty pharmacy experience is preferred.
