The Site Automation Leader manages the automation engineering organization across drug product manufacturing, focusing on system reliability, compliance, and digital transformation. They lead cross-functional teams to implement smart factory initiatives, capital projects, and continuous modernization of automation platforms.
Candidates must have over 10 years of experience in industrial automation within a regulated industry and at least 5 years of people leadership experience. Proficiency in GMP, GxP, and automation technologies like PLC, SCADA, and MES is essential, alongside fluency in English and German.

In accordance with Austrian law, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary as stated in the collective bargaining agreement.
