Acts as the primary liaison between sterile processing staff and facility administrators to ensure all surgical instruments are ready and sterile. Responsible for tracking case flow, resolving tray discrepancies, and analyzing operational trends to improve OR efficiency.
Requires a high school diploma and at least 2 years of experience in OR, SPD, or perioperative environments. Candidates must obtain SPD certification through CBSPD or HSPA within 12 months of hire.

Pay range for this opportunity is $25.03 - $32.40. This position is eligible for bonus participation.
Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums, if higher than range listed. Pay rates are based on a number of factors, including but not limited to local labor market costs, years of relevant experience, education, professional certifications, foreign language fluency, etc.
