Role Scope: The PACE Center Manager oversees the daily operations of the Habitat Health PACE Center to ensure safe, efficient, and participant‑centered delivery of services. Reporting to the Center Executive Director, the Center Manager leads and supports clinical, social, and operational staff, ensuring smooth coordination across all center‑based workflows. This role is responsible for maintaining regulatory compliance, supporting interdisciplinary team (IDT) processes, and ensuring participants experience high‑quality care while at the Center. The Center Manager partners closely with the Medical Director, Clinical Services Director, and Practice Operations leadership to meet performance goals, uphold quality standards, and foster a positive, collaborative environment for participants and staff.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $105,000 - $119,000 annually and is bonus eligible.
The final compensation offered will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's qualifications, skills, experience, education, certifications, geographical location, and business needs.
In addition, this position is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance; paid parental leave, short- and long-term disability coverage; life insurance; flexible spending accounts; a 401(k) savings plan that includes a match; paid time off; and company paid holidays.
