\nWhat You Will Do
Assist with all administrative tasks on projects from inception to completion.
Perform data entry tasks with a strong focus on efficiency and accuracy.
Maintain project information within databases and generate necessary reports.
Coordinate and participate in meetings.
Provide document control services for maintaining project records.
Manage accounts receivable functions for various projects including billing, requisitions, invoices and purchase orders.
Manage project documentation, ensuring revisions and distributions are communicated effectively.
Support project administration deliverables, including meeting minutes, budget tracking, schedule updates, submittals, change orders, and closeout procedures.
Develop deep understanding of project documentation requirements.
Assist in time-keeping and field administrative support activities.
Organize, prepare, submit and track subcontracts, supply agreements and subcontractor/supplier change orders.
Adhere to the PRIME Safety Program, complying with safety regulations, procedures and safe work practices.
Maintain a physical presence onsite and regularly visit jobsites to oversee progress and provide assistance to the project management team as needed.
Performs other duties as requested; duties, responsibilities, and activities may change, or new ones may be assigned at any time with our without notice.
What You Will Need to be Successful
An associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or one to three years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience, preferred.
Strong multitasking, organizational and prioritization skills.
Ability to work on multiple concurrent tasks effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working with software-based estimating, accounting, scheduling and project management systems, preferred.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing project needs.
Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Maintain a positive attitude and work environment.
Uphold a strong work ethic and punctuality.
Prioritize work effectively to meet all deadlines.
Demonstrate a keen interest in construction and project operations.

Special Requirements/Physical Demands/Working Conditions:
Work is primarily performed in an office setting with minimal health or safety hazards. Noise level and temperature is moderate. Minimal lifting or climbing. This position is expected to be fully in-person, onsite, with some travel not limited to, other offices, work sites and local business errands.
Communication Skills:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as submittals, operations manuals and project schedules. Ability to write routine correspondence such as letters and memos. Ability to present information in one-on-one and small group situations to internal and/or external clients of the firm. Communicate clearly and effectively with project managers, team members, and stakeholders to support project execution.
Reasoning Ability and/or Critical Thinking:
Work situations require consideration and interpretation of circumstances or information to choose the most effective response. Solutions may be technical, yet relatively straightforward and well-defined, once problems are understood.
