The Patient Relations Representative is responsible for managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and verifying patient health plan benefits. They also handle medical record requests, prescription refills, and coordinate lab results for the care centers.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent and have at least two years of medical administration experience. Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required for this role.
