The role focuses on supporting Order to Cash (OTC) operations through data analysis, performance reporting, and driving continuous process improvements. Additionally, the SME supports the implementation of strategic initiatives and ensures compliance with client data protection policies.
Candidates must have a strong background in end-to-end Order to Cash processes and proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and preferably Power BI. Strong leadership, organizational skills, and experience in project management are highly desired.

We are currently seeking an Order to Cash Subject Matter Expert to join the Global Order to Cash Organization.
Operations Support: Identify and highlight opportunity and success areas in OTC Processes through data analysis, performance and operational reporting
Transformation & Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvement and efficiency through timely consolidation and accurate reporting of key initiatives across the global team
Project Management: Support the OTC director in implementation of strategic initiatives/decisions and ensure consistent project plans are aligned with schedule, cost, resource and quality guidelines
Client Data Protection: Drive overall compliance with CDP Policies
Strategic Decision: Contribute (as member of the leadership team) in the overall management and development of the O2C Tower, including the successful achievement of its goals and objectives
