Deliver patient-centered care within a haemodialysis setting in accordance with AHPRA standards and organizational values. Support the management team through clinical, educational, and quality improvement activities for staff and patients.
Must be a registered general nurse with AHPRA and hold a current practicing certificate. Requires demonstrated clinical competence in nephrology nursing and strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Responsible to deliver patient centered care within the haemodialysis setting in accordance with organisational core values / standards of practice and codes and guidelines as set out by APHRA. To provide support to the Management Team by participating in the clinical, management, education and quality activities of staff and patients within the clinic.
