The Histology Clerk is responsible for specimen collection from surgical centers and managing laboratory slides within the information system. They also assist technical staff with non-technical tasks, maintain laboratory equipment, and ensure proper documentation of patient information.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent. The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, and a professional demeanor when interacting with coworkers and clients.
