About the Role:
The Powersports Title Clerk Admin plays a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of vehicle titles and related documentation within the retail powersports industry. This position is responsible for managing the administrative tasks associated with the transfer, registration, and titling of powersports vehicles, including motorcycles, ATVs, and personal watercraft along with trade ins.The role requires close collaboration with dealerships, state motor vehicle departments, and customers to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. By maintaining meticulous records and tracking title statuses, the Title Clerk Admin helps facilitate smooth ownership transfers and supports overall customer satisfaction. Ultimately, this position contributes to the operational efficiency and legal compliance of the powersports retail business by managing all title-related administrative functions with precision and professionalism.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in administrative or clerical roles, preferably within the automotive or powersports industry.
Familiarity with vehicle titling and registration processes.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency with standard office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience as a title clerk or in a similar role within the powersports or automotive retail sector.
