The Order Puller Associate is responsible for stocking incoming merchandise and filling customer orders using various material handling equipment. Key duties include operating RF scanners and maintaining a clean, safe warehouse environment while working independently or as part of a team.
Candidates should have a commitment to safety and the physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work at heights up to 35 feet. Previous experience with warehouse equipment is preferred but not required, and a high school diploma or GED is preferred.
Job Overview
The Order Puller Associate will stock incoming merchandise and fill orders for customers. At AFW, we are proud that customers can pick up their furniture and take it home the same day. You will be a critical part of fulfilling that promise to the customer.
The Order Puller will safely operate a Stock Picker, Reach Truck, Sit Down Forklift, and any other equipment necessary to transport merchandise for customers and other departments. We provide full training and certifications for all equipment.

Education & Experience
High school diploma or GED is preferred.
Compensation
Pay Rate: Starting at $18/hour and up - dependent on experience
Pay Grade B: $16.00-$29.71
Weekend Premium - Additional $2.00/hour, 3rd shift Premium - Additional $2.00/hour, and Mid-shift Premium - Additional $1.00/hour- available depending on shift schedule
