The Groundskeeper is responsible for performing professional landscaping services, including mowing, pruning, planting, and maintaining the facility's exterior appearance. They must also operate maintenance equipment, handle snow removal, and perform minor repairs on tools and property structures.
Candidates must have experience using power tools and lawn care equipment, as well as knowledge of fertilizers, insecticides, and herbicides. The role requires the ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends, and the physical capacity to lift up to 100 lbs.

The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and the outside appearance of the facility. If you have experience in landscaping and a strong attention to detail, then AFW is looking for you.
