The Direct Support Professional provides hands-on care, instruction, and assistance to individuals with disabilities to promote their independence and dignity. Responsibilities include daily living support, coordinating appointments, and maintaining accurate medical records.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of experience working with individuals with disabilities. A valid driver's license and the ability to pass a background clearance are required.

Starting Pay: $14/hour
Schedule: Mostly day shift but schedule may change depending on teh needs of the program
Perks/Benefits:
A Direct Support Professional Float (DSPF) caregiver is responsible for providing clerical and technical support in maintaining health services delivery to individuals as well as providing direct care. The DSP Float provides direct support, positive direction, instruction, and assistance to individuals with mental, intellectual & developmental, and physical disabilities. The ultimate goal is to empower individuals with disabilities to live as independently and comfortably as possible while maintaining their dignity and respect. Work assignments may be during any scheduled hours and at any sites where Dungarvin provides services
