The Quality Assurance Coordinator monitors healthcare documentation and compliance activities to ensure high-quality service delivery across the state. They also support program leadership by identifying risks, generating reports, and assisting with internal audits and regulatory survey preparation.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and at least 3 years of experience in healthcare, quality assurance, or regulatory compliance. A bachelor's degree is preferred, along with strong communication, time-management, and analytical skills.

The Quality Assurance Coordinator shall support healthcare compliance and quality assurance activities across the state by monitoring required healthcare documentation, maintaining recurring quality assurance and healthcare reports, identifying compliance risks and trends, and serving as a subject matter resource to program leadership on healthcare, documentation, and regulatory processes.
The role shall provide administrative, management, and programmatic support to ensure high-quality service delivery, including quality assurance initiatives, investigations, compliance monitoring, reporting, corrective-action planning, and organizational process improvement.
