The Recruiter manages the full-cycle recruitment process for high-volume light industrial positions, from sourcing and screening to onboarding. They are also responsible for community outreach, networking, and maintaining candidate pipelines to meet client staffing needs.
Candidates must have 2+ years of experience in fast-paced, high-volume recruiting and proficiency with ATS and MS Office. Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage a large workload independently are required.
Overview:
As a Recruiter, you are part of a team of highly skilled recruiting professionals working on high-volume light industrial positions for SIMOS. This position will provide staffing and recruiting solutions relied upon by our clients. This position requires an extremely perceptive person, who can relate to individuals at all levels. This role will not only manage the inside processes of candidate applications but also will also be responsible for working within the community and with tools provided to attract and gain candidates needed to supply our customer needs through grassroots initiatives, networking, and fieldwork.
Location: Memphis, TN
Salary Range: $22.64 - $28.30 per hour, depending on experience and geographic location.
Please note that actual compensation offered may vary based on local pay requirements, and will meet or exceed state-specific minimum wage or salary thresholds.
