The Transmission Field Supervisor will lead and coordinate line operations, maintenance projects, and emergency response efforts for transmission lines. They are responsible for ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and providing technical guidance to crew members and contractors.
Candidates must have at least nine years of experience in electrical or mechanical equipment maintenance within high-voltage environments, including one year of leadership experience. A valid driver's license is required, and a Class A CDL is considered a strong asset.
