The Cynch City Manager oversees day-to-day delivery operations, including personnel, fleet, and inventory management. They are also responsible for ensuring DOT compliance, managing commercial accounts, and planning for seasonal growth.
Candidates need at least 3 years of management experience in operations or warehousing and a clean driving record. A 2 or 4 year degree is required, and knowledge of the propane industry is a plus.

The Cynch City Manager will be responsible for all aspect of day-to-day operations including, but not limited to, managing day to day delivery operations, customer account management, personnel management, fleet management, inventory management, compliance to DOT regulations and industry safety protocols. The Cynch City Manager is also responsible for forecasting and planning for seasonality and growth as it pertains to inventory, fleet and employees/contractors.

The pay for this position ranges from $68,000.00 to $68,000.00 , depending on circumstances including an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include eligibility to earn a performance-based bonus or commissions on completed sales depending on position.
