Lead strategic initiatives to develop and coordinate a global Instrumentation & Control expansion model across cross-functional teams. Manage budgets, schedules, and capacity modification plans to ensure efficient delivery of I&C demand and supply capabilities.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field with at least 8 years of progressive leadership experience. Must possess deep knowledge of I&C equipment and expertise in process improvement and project management.
As Manager of ICS Engineering and Global Growth, you will lead strategic initiatives to develop a global Instrumentation & Control (I&C) expansion model. You will work with the GICP, Global Supply Chain, and Project Delivery teams to coordinate this expansion model.
Reporting to the Sr. Director, Global I&C Production and IV&V, you will be based out of our Warrendale, PA facility. This is a mobile role that will be expected on-site 2-3 days per week.
