The investigator conducts complex compliance, regulatory, and workplace investigations to ensure adherence to federal and state laws and organizational policies. They also manage the compliance hotline, develop investigative plans, and provide recommendations for corrective actions to leadership.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of professional experience in a healthcare-related field. A Certification in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) is required within 12 months of hire, and a master's degree or Juris Doctor is preferred.

JOB SUMMARY
The Investigator II is responsible for independently conducting complex compliance, regulatory, ethics, and workplace investigations involving alleged violations of federal and state laws, organizational policies, Standards of Conduct, and regulatory requirements. This position serves as a trusted investigative resource to leadership by conducting thorough fact-finding, evaluating evidence, preparing comprehensive investigative reports, recommending corrective actions, and supporting organizational efforts to mitigate risk and promote a culture of integrity and accountability.
