The Desk Attendant serves as the primary point of contact, greeting members and guests while handling phone inquiries and emails. They are responsible for processing program registrations, managing cash transactions, and maintaining accurate member records in the computer system.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and possess strong communication and organizational skills. Previous customer service experience is preferred, but the organization is willing to provide training for the right candidate.

The desk attendant serves as the first point of contact for our members and guests. This position requires someone to be welcoming, professional and coureous so everyone who enters the JCC has an exceptional customer service experience.
