The Service Advisor acts as the primary liaison between customers and the service department, managing appointments and relaying maintenance information. They are responsible for providing accurate cost estimates and ensuring a world-class customer experience throughout the vehicle service journey.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license. Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in providing exceptional customer service are required for this role.
