The Automotive Billing Clerk is responsible for auditing and posting incoming deals into the accounting system while verifying all supporting documentation. They also compile and sort business transaction documents, including invoices, checks, and account statements, to ensure accurate financial records.
Candidates must have at least one year of recent accounting experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. Strong mathematical, analytical, and Microsoft Excel skills are required, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
