What will you do as a PMC Patient Service Representative (PSR)
As a PMC Patient Service Representative (PSR) you will serve as an essential part of the patient’s experience acting as a liaison between patients and medical support staff by greeting, instructing, and directing patients and visitors. You will perform various tasks such as entering all patient demographics, insurance information, and collection of payments upon check-in/out or when scheduling an appointment.
