The Specialist II manages the backend configuration of the Fusion software tool and implements Business Continuity Management best practices. They collaborate with IT and leadership to develop recovery strategies, maintain contingency plans, and coordinate BCM training and exercises.
Requires a high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred) and at least 8 years of experience in business continuity, incident management, or disaster recovery. Certification as a Fusion Framework Systems Certified Administrator is required, with CBCP or MBCI certifications preferred.

High School Diploma/GED required.
Bachelor degree preferred or relevant experience in lieu of degree.
Minimum 8 years direct experience in business continuity planning or related fields required (Business Continuity, Incident Management or Disaster Recovery field).
Strong knowledge and application of the Business Continuity Management professional practices.
Fusion framework experience required.
Sharepoint a plus.
Strong PC skills (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc..).
Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Strong verbal / written communications. Must be able to interface and coordinate work efficiently and effectively with business partners in remote locations.
Strong administrative skills, with effectiveness in developing tasks and managing resources to achieve target dates.
Ability to present to various business areas regarding BCM practices and plans.
Off-hour on-call support required.
Must be available to assist with disaster recovery (business process & technology), building emergencies, etc.
