Perform personal care activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming while assisting with patient mobility and nutrition. Maintain accurate electronic medical records and work under the direction of a Case Manager RN.
Requires a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license and at least 12 months of caregiving experience in a relevant healthcare setting. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and the ability to lift 50 lbs.
