Responsible for the investigation, evaluation, and settlement of bodily injury claims, including general and product liability and auto tort claims. The role involves negotiating with solicitors and parties to resolve claims while adhering to corporate policies and statutory requirements.
Requires a minimum of 5 years of Bodily Injury Claims experience and completion of specific CIP courses (C11, C12, C14, C110). A college or university degree is preferred, along with professional licensing in the provinces where claims are handled.
