The Senior Test Automation Developer will design, develop, and maintain full-stack automation scripts and frameworks for strategic applications. They will collaborate with development and product teams to ensure high-quality test coverage and efficient defect management.
Candidates must have 5 to 8 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Test Automation within the insurance or finance industry. Proficiency in BDD, UI/API testing tools like Cypress and Cucumber, and experience with CI/CD pipelines are required.

Salary range (but not limited to):
87,200 - 106,600Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles.
