The Injury Management Specialist will support claims teams by developing treatment and recovery strategies while providing coaching on best-practice injury management. They will also collaborate with internal specialist functions and participate in various operational projects and business initiatives.
Candidates must have previous experience as an Injury Management Specialist within an insurer setting and hold tertiary qualifications in allied health. Strong coaching, communication, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

We are excited to announce two new Injury Management Specialist opportunities, commencing ASAP at our Parramatta and Sydney CBD branches, offering you the work-life balance you earn! Reporting to the Team Manager with connection to a broader team of Injury Management Specialists, who provide advice, quality assurance and coaching to our Claims teams, and contributing to our best practice injury management support.
This is a unique opportunity to bring your allied health qualifications and personal injury claims experience to a truly rewarding role.
