Requires a candidate with strong PC skills, specifically in Excel, Word, and AS400, and the ability to work under pressure. Must possess a customer service mindset and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines.

Job Descriptions:
Be point of contact in terms of communication
Organize, support, or help RSM, ASM for activities and sales events
Execute and handle mails of Regional Office i.e. application form, memo, report (production report, sales activity report, weekly planning report), etc. by receiving/sending and distributing mails to ASM in the region
Follow up on necessary information that required from the FSE to ensure that the customer’s application is quickly progressed
Checks, reviews the application form and the required documents that it is correct and proper before mailing to the UW Operations
Checks, reviews and prepares the requisition form for the office supply inventory (i.e. stationary, applications, brochures, etc.) and manage it to be within the budget
Prepare presentation and report to RSM, ASM and FSE in the region
Coordinate with back-office functions in Head Office (i.e. UW, POS, Claim, DC, Bank, etc.) to ensure service levels are met
Prepare documents for RSM’s and ASM’s expenses reimbursement.
Control and monitor Regional Office’s billing expenses (i.e. rental office, telephone, water & electricity, copies, postal charges, etc.)
Summarize and prepare monthly expense report of the Regional Office.
Attend meeting with Banca Sales team which will be held on a monthly basis or other as assigned.
