We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to support the reporting, analytics, and business intelligence needs of the Human Resource function. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and data solutions that support operational monitoring, decision-making, and continuous improvement. The role will also manage recurring reporting activities, ensure data accuracy and integrity, and support new analytics and reporting requirements as business needs evolve.
Position Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and business intelligence solutions that support HR reporting and decision-making.
Manage data pipelines, ETL processes, and reporting workflows to ensure accurate, timely, and reliable delivery of reporting outputs.
Execute recurring reporting activities, including data refresh, validation, reconciliation, and quality checks.
Support the development of new dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions for ongoing and annual HR initiatives and projects.
Provide ad hoc analyses, customized reporting, and leadership-ready insights based on business needs.
Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, align data definitions, and translate business needs into scalable reporting and analytics solutions.
Create and maintain documentation for report logic, definitions, processes, and data sources, while ensuring compliance with data governance standards and internal policies.
Identify opportunities to automate, simplify, and continuously improve reporting and analytics processes.
Required Qualifications:
2–3 years of hands-on experience in HR analytics, reporting, or workforce data analysis.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Relevant experience in business intelligence, reporting, analytics, or data engineering.
Strong experience in dashboard development, data visualization, ETL processes, data validation, and reporting automation.
Proficiency in Power BI or similar BI tools, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Intermediate proficiency in Python for reporting automation, ETL support, and data transformation.
Experience working with relational databases and large datasets.
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into reporting solutions.
Ability to manage recurring deliverables while supporting evolving business priorities and project-based work.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in HR analytics, HR reporting, workforce analytics, or a similar area.
Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday.
Experience supporting automated reporting workflows or scalable data solutions.
