Job Description
How You'll Make an Impact
As the District Manager for our Healthcare business segment, you will provide strategic leadership, direction, and operational oversight across a portfolio of healthcare accounts throughout Ontario. You will serve as the primary relationship manager for key clients while ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, compliance, and employee engagement.
Operational Leadership & Client Partnership
Provide operational leadership across multiple healthcare sites, ensuring consistent service delivery and client satisfaction.
Act as the primary liaison for client relationships, conducting regular business reviews and supporting contract negotiations.
Drive client retention and business growth through collaboration with operations, support, and sales teams.
Ensure alignment with client goals, contractual obligations, and organizational objectives while delivering innovative solutions and value-added services.
Financial Management
Oversee regional financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, expense management, and revenue growth.
Analyze operational and financial data to support informed decision-making and strategic planning.
Identify opportunities for efficiency gains, cost savings, and performance improvement.
People & Talent Development
Lead, mentor, and coach site leadership teams to achieve operational excellence.
Develop and implement talent and succession plans to support long-term business needs.
Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities.
Compliance & Safety
Foster a culture of safety and ensure compliance with company, client, and legislative requirements.
Ensure adherence to company policies, client standards, and collective bargaining agreements where applicable.
Support sites in maintaining quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and operational standards.
Business Growth & Innovation
Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
Support business development initiatives, proposals, and client retention strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and industry contacts as appropriate.
Qualifications
What You'll Need to Succeed
Minimum 5 years of progressive multi-site operational leadership experience, preferably within healthcare or a related industry.
Registered Dietitian (RD) or active member of the Canadian Society of Nutrition Management (CSNM).
Experience and knowledge of MOLTC Regulations
Experience with internal and external retail brands is considered an asset.
Strong leadership and coaching skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
Excellent client relationship management skills and a commitment to delivering client-focused solutions.
Experience working in unionized environments and managing collective agreement relationships.
Demonstrated commitment to safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
Ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned region.
