We are looking for a highly organized, fast-paced, and adaptable individual who can confidently manage multiple priorities while providing an exceptional experience for our patients and supporting our dental team.

Strong communication, professionalism, customer service, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are very important for this role.
Experience with dental practice management software such as TRACKER is considered an asset
Highly proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook)
Strong written and communication skills when speaking with patients and dental providers
Strong knowledge of medical and dental terminology and processes
Experience maintaining a professional level of patient privacy
Demonstrated experience managing budgets, and other financial transactions
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
Customer service mindset
