The Pharmacy Manager provides professional leadership to the pharmacy department, ensuring high standards of practice and efficient operations. Responsibilities include hiring, scheduling, payroll, and the ongoing training and development of pharmacy staff.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and a valid Registered Pharmacist license in good standing. A minimum of one year of community pharmacy experience is required, with preference given to those with prior management experience.
