The Assistant Maintenance Manager is responsible for performing property maintenance tasks, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing repairs, while ensuring community aesthetics and safety. They also coordinate emergency on-call responses and assume the Maintenance Manager's duties when necessary.
Candidates should have at least one year of multifamily maintenance experience and possess EPA certification, with CPO certification preferred. A high school diploma or GED is also preferred, along with basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
