The Maintenance Technician performs routine repairs and preventative maintenance on apartment units, appliances, and property facilities. They also assist in maintaining the grounds and common areas while tracking service requests through software systems.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in commercial, residential, or apartment maintenance. Knowledge of HVAC systems and an EPA/HVAC license are required.

The Maintenance Technician will work alongside the service team and office teams to ensure that all the repair and maintenance of property facilities and apartment homes meet or exceeds standards.

Initial pay range (based on location, experience, etc.): $24 - $25/per hour
