Perform general repairs and preventative maintenance on apartment facilities, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. Ensure property standards are met through the upkeep of common areas, pools, and individual apartment homes.
Requires a minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience in commercial or residential settings. Must possess an EPA/HVAC license and CPO certification.

The Maintenance Technician will work alongside the service team and office teams to ensure that all the repair and maintenance of property facilities and apartment homes meet or exceeds standards.
