The Manager will oversee the Foreclosure Department's operations, ensuring efficient processes, accurate documentation, and adherence to metrics. They will manage supervisors, develop reporting dashboards, and act as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders to resolve high-risk items.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, along with 6-8 years of direct foreclosure or mortgage servicing experience. Additionally, at least 2 years of people management experience and proficiency in mortgage servicing regulations (FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, USDA) are required.

Primary Function
The Manager - Foreclosure will ensure that the Foreclosure Department is running efficiently with regard to processes, procedures, and metrics. Directly manages Foreclosure Supervisors in project monitoring, performance evaluations, goal setting and all other personnel matters.
