The Membership Sales Director is responsible for driving membership growth through targeted recruitment, member upgrades, and effective prospect management. They also facilitate member onboarding and engagement to ensure long-term retention and community connection.
Candidates must have at least a high school diploma and a minimum of 2 years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting goals. A bachelor's degree and experience in the hospitality or private club industry are preferred.

Nestled in the East Lake Woodlands community near Tampa, Ardea Country Club showcases two championship golf courses, world-class racquet sports, and a resort-style pool for families, all thoughtfully elevated by a multi-million-dollar renovation that has enhanced every corner of the Club.
The Membership Director is responsible for driving membership growth at the club by recruiting new members, upgrading existing memberships, and enhancing the overall member experience. This role supports the execution of strategic sales initiatives to achieve and exceed the club’s annual membership revenue goals, including dues added, initiation fees, and net member growth. The Membership Director cultivates relationships with prospective members, facilitates the onboarding of new members, and connects members to the club community through effective engagement and communication.
