The Head Golf Professional is responsible for promoting the game of golf and creating an exceptional experience for members and guests. This includes overseeing golf shop operations, managing golf-related activities, and collaborating with the management team to drive revenue growth.
A high school diploma and a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in golf operations and customer service are required. PGA or LPGA Professional Certification is mandatory, with a preference for candidates holding a college degree in a related field.

Job Summary:
The Head Golf Professional is responsible for promoting the game of golf and creating an exceptional experience for members and guests at the club. This role delivers outstanding customer service, overseeing golf shop operations, and managing golf-related activities. The Head Golf Professional collaborates with the management team to drive revenue growth through innovative programming, member engagement initiatives, and high-quality instruction. This position requires a deep passion for golf, strong leadership skills, and the ability to foster a positive environment that encourages participation, enjoyment, and a sense of community among members and guests
