The analyst executes key risk programs to ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations through loan file reviews and research. They are responsible for preparing monthly exception reports, managing vendor scorecards, and identifying trends in loan quality.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least 3 years of experience in mortgage servicing. Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Office, and knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines are required.

The Operational Controls Analyst is responsible for executing the Company’s key risk programs that ensure it is in compliance with company policies, procedures, and all applicable laws, rules, regulations. Compliance regulations include agency and investor requirements, that may include reviewing and researching loan files.
