The Tenant Facilities Manager is responsible for maintaining buildings and grounds, overseeing equipment upkeep, and directing facilities staff and external contractors. Key duties include coordinating installations, managing office space allocation, and ensuring health and safety standards are met.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in facility management, engineering, business administration, or a related field. A minimum of 6-8 years of proven experience in facilities management is required.
