The Role
The Facilities Manager will contribute to the company’s growth and quality through ensuring effective ongoing operations of Local Infusion’s national real estate footprint. This role will work with internal and external partners to ensure facilities are safe, consistent, compliant, and patient ready.
Responsibilities:
Resolve facility issues on time and on budget, coordinating with internal and external partners
Ensure completion of ongoing facility maintenance requirements (e.g. HVAC)
Oversee equipment maintenance and expirations; replace items when needed
Coordinate cosmetic refreshes, ensuring facilities remain aligned with brand guidelines
Coordinate facility buildouts not initially included in center setup (e.g. desk expansion)
