The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for maintaining high occupancy rates, collecting rent, and ensuring community compliance with company standards. They provide excellent customer service to residents and assume leadership of the property in the absence of the Property Manager.
Candidates should have 1-2 years of administrative and customer service experience, with property management experience and Spanish bilingualism preferred. A valid driver's license and the ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds, are required.
