POSITION SUMMARY:
Bedrock Property Management is seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to support and execute marketing initiatives across a portfolio of 150+ multifamily properties. This role is responsible for managing property-level marketing execution, ensuring brand consistency, optimizing performance, and driving operational efficiency across marketing channels.
The Marketing Specialist will take ownership of campaign execution, property transitions, and performance reporting while serving as a key partner to operations, vendors, and internal stakeholders. This position is ideal for someone who can balance strategy with execution and is ready to take the next step beyond coordination into ownership and impact.

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including ILS platforms, social media, and online advertising

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Own execution of property-level marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, ensuring alignment with company strategy and brand standards
Manage and optimize property listings across ILS platforms (Apartments.com, Zillow, etc.), ensuring accuracy, performance, and strong visual presentation
Partner with internal teams and vendors to coordinate advertising, social media, and promotional efforts for new developments, lease-ups, and stabilized communities
Oversee and maintain marketing assets including photography, floor plans, and signage to ensure consistency and quality across the portfolio
Analyze campaign performance and marketing data, identifying trends and opportunities to improve results and inform decision-making
Lead marketing coordination for property transitions (onboarding/offboarding), ensuring seamless execution across websites, listings, branding, and vendor partners
Serve as a primary point of contact during property transitions, collaborating with operations, vendors, and property teams to ensure timelines and deliverables are met
Manage project timelines, prioritize deliverables, and ensure marketing initiatives are executed accurately and on schedule
Monitor and manage incoming marketing requests through Jira, ensuring timely responses, proper prioritization, and resolution
Identify process improvements and efficiencies to enhance marketing operations and scalability
SPECIFIC EDUCATION OR EXPERIENCE:
Required:
1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in real estate, property management, or a related industry
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working with marketing platforms and tools
Preferred:
Experience with ILS platforms (Apartments.com, Zillow, etc.)
Familiarity with marketing analytics and reporting tools
Experience coordinating with external vendors and managing multiple stakeholders
Exposure to multifamily, real estate, or hospitality industries
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Frequently sit, stand, and walk; regularly talk or hear; use hands/fingers for handling controls; occasionally climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Occasionally lift/move up to 25 lbs.
Visual acuity: close, distance, peripheral vision, and focus adjustment.
