The Studio Advisor manages member check-ins, provides customer support, and guides clients in selecting membership packages. They are also responsible for studio maintenance, merchandise sales, and ensuring a positive environment for guests.
A high school diploma or GED is required, with a preference for 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or MindBody software. Candidates must be available to work at least two weekend days per month and possess strong communication skills.
