The Home Equity Processor reviews loan documentation for compliance and accuracy while interacting with customers, loan officers, and branches. They are responsible for managing the loan file status, ordering necessary certifications, and maintaining clear records of all communications.
Candidates must have 2-4 years of experience in financial services, banking, or lending, along with 3-5 years of customer service experience. Proficiency in managing fast-paced workflows and strong communication skills are essential for this role.

When you are in this role, you will review submitted documentation to ensure compliance with bank requirements. Additionally, you will follow-up and review routine documentation requirements with customers, loan officers, branches, and other financial institutions. Furthermore, you will complete reviews within department standards and enter clear, concise comments, edit information and document application status on appropriate loan systems. Lastly, you will communicate professionally in oral and written format with internal and external customers regarding status requests, missing information, explanation of required documentation and/ or closing information.

The salary range for this position is $24.03 - $31.25/per hour, plus an opportunity to earn additional incentive earnings. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the budget, work location, and relevant skills and experience.
