Manage accounts receivable to ensure timely reimbursement and oversee a team of billing specialists in coding, charge entry, and payment posting. The role involves reviewing work for accuracy, resolving customer issues, and coordinating with the AR Manager on training and corrective actions.
Requires a high school diploma or GED and preferably three to five years of experience in healthcare billing or managed care. Candidates must be knowledgeable in third-party billing regulations, CPT/ICD coding, and possess strong communication and decision-making skills.
