The Director of Operations is responsible for the successful day-to-day operation of the Mariemont Theatre. This position oversees theatre operations, guest services, staffing, facilities, concessions, technology, and financial controls while ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional experience.
Working closely with the Executive Director and Director of Curation, the Director of Operations transforms artistic programming into seamless, welcoming experiences for audiences, filmmakers, renters, and community partners.
The ideal candidate is an exceptional people manager who enjoys building systems, solving problems, coaching teams, and creating operational excellence.
This role reports directly to the CIFF Executive Director.
